Bandai Tamashii Nations posted the official images of the S.H. MonsterArts Hedorah (50th Anniversary Special Set) from the Godzilla vs. Hedorah film.
The figure is based on Hedorah's appearance from the Godzilla vs. Hedorah film, which commemorates its 50th anniversary this year. This being a special 50th anniversary set, the set features Hedorah in its three forms, namely: Adult Period (final form), Flying Period (flying saucer), and Underwater Habitat Period (tadpole).
The Adult Period stands 170mm tall, the Flying Period is 175mm in length and comes with its own pedestal, and finally, the Underwater Habitat Period is 85mm and comes with its own pedestal. All three items used clear parts for the eyes to reproduce the eerie glowing red eyes seen in the film. This Premium Bandai web exclusive set cost 19,800 yen and is set for a June 2022 release.
