The official GMA Network YouTube channel posted a teaser for Voltes V: Legacy's featurette video, which will be first seen at the network's upcoming New Year's countdown special.

Based on Choudenji Machine Voltes V, the original anime series follows five youths who fight the evil Boazanian Empire and its horde of "beast fighters". The series has been a staple on Philippine TV and Philippine pop culture since the show debuted in the 1978. Voltes V has at least a couple of reruns every few years, the most recent being the one that aired on July 2018, with an all new Filipino dub cast.
Directed by Mark A. Reyes (Encantadia, Resiklo) who was involved in the project for over five years now, the series is set to premiere soon only on GMA. GMA's New Year's Special on the other hand, the Kapuso Countdown 2022 event will air this December 31st and will start at 10:30pm PST.

- Radson Flores as Ippei Mine/Mark Gordon, Volt Bomber's pilot and a rodeo champion
