GMA announced via the 24 Oras evening news program the actors who will play three of the five pilots of Voltes V in the upcoming Filipino live-action Voltes V: Legacy series.

In the interview with the cast members, each actor revealed the kind of training they went for their respective roles, with Flores revealing that aside from power lifting, he also did some fight and horse back riding training. Lozano on the other hand, trained in the Filipino martial art arnis in preparation for the role, while Landicho stated he started martial arts training last year. In addition, the show's official Twitter account posted the concept art of the actors wearing their respective suits.
Lastly, the news program also revealed that the actors who will Kenichi Go/Steve Armstrong and Megumi Oka/Jamie Robinson will be revealed this Wednesday, February 10th. Directed by Mark A. Reyes (Encantadia, Resiklo), the series is set to premiere soon only on GMA.
