HBO Max announced that the slate of films that Warner Bros. will air in 2021 will premiere in both theatres and on HBO Max at the same day, and that includes the upcoming Godzilla vs. Kong film.
Take note, these films will be available at no extra cost to those who are subscribed to HBO Max in the United States for a limited time. Serving as a culmination to Warner Bros. and Legendary Pictures' planned MonsterVerse franchise, the film is currently set for a May 21, 2021 release.
