It was announced by Toru Ohkawa's talent agency, Mausu Promotion that the voice actor will go on hiatus due to treatment for an unspecified illness.
The agency will post again when it can announce the time frame of Ohkawa's return to work. He is currently playing Gordes Musik Yggdmillennia in Fate/Apocrypha.
Aside from his role in Fate/Apocrypha, he also best known for his role as Roy Mustang in the original Fullmetal Alchemist anime and in Fullmetal Alchemist the Movie: Conqueror of Shamballa, the narrator in the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure anime, Death Scythe in Soul Eater, Tokugawa Ieyasu in Sengoku Basara, and for tokusatsu fans, the voice of Transcendenterfly God Deboth in Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger.
