The official The Seven Deadly Sins anime website posted the 2nd trailer for the show's upcoming second season, "Revival of The Commandments". The new trailer features the show's opening theme "Howling" by FLOW & GRANRODEO and the ending theme "Beautiful" by Anly.
The second season titled "The Seven Deadly Sins: Revival of The Commandments" will be once again animated by A-1 Pictures (Sword Art Online) and is directed by Takeshi Furuta (Tiger & Bunny, LBX) and written by Takao Yoshioka (Elfen Lied, Working!!) with the cast of the first season reprising their respective roles.
The second season is set for a January 6, 2018 premiere at 6:30am on MBS, TBS, and other network affiliates throughout Japan. In addition, The Seven Deadly Sins Gaiden: Bandit Ban OAD will also air on December 23rd on MBS and TBS. Originally released bundled with the manga's 15th volume, this special focused on Ban and Elaine's past.
