This item is released to commemorate Kamen Rider OOO's 10th anniversary, this is one of the Combos that was first teased in Kamen Rider x Kamen Rider Movie Wars MEGA MAX before it was fully revealed as part of the Complete Selection Modification OOO Driver Complete Set. This combo is composed of the Same (Shark), Kujira (Whale), and Ookamiuo (Berring Wolffish), the same Core Medals used by Kamen Rider Poseidon.
