Bandai Tamashii Nations posted the official images of the S.H. Figuarts The Unfettered Shogun from The Unfettered Shogun TV series.
The Unfettered Shogun follows the fictional adventures of Tokugawa Yoshimune in 18th century Japan, and it ranks as one of the longest running jidaigeki dramas in history as the series ran for over 831 episodes from 1978 to 2003. It even had TV specials that aired in 2004 and in 2008, and also appeared in the Kamen Rider film, Kamen Rider OOO WONDERFUL: The Shogun and the 21 Core Medals. This figure is made with the supervision of actor Ken Matsudaira who played said shogun. That said, the face was digitally printed and features the likeness of said actor.
