Bandai Tamashii Nations posted the official images of the S.H. Figuarts (Shinkocchou Seihou) Kamen Rider 1/Takeshi Hongo (Kamen Rider THE NEXT) from the Kamen Rider THE NEXT film.
The 100th entry of the S.H. Figuarts (Shinkocchou Seihou) line, this figure is an updated version of the very first S.H. Figuarts figure, which was released in 2008 and is based on Takeshi Hongo's appearance in said film. This item stands 145mm tall and comes with the replacement head, spare antenna parts, and a set of interchangeable hands.
As for details, clear parts are used for the "C-Eye" compound eyes of the mask. In addition to the slender proportions, every wrinkle in the body has been sculpted to create a realisitc feel of special reinforced clothing. The scars on the mask from the battle with Shocker are thoroughly reproduced using digital printing. The entire suit is faithfully differentiated with different green coloring depending on the part. The scarf uses cloth parts with wire, thus allowing you to express the figure in a variety of scenes, such as moments of intense action and the wind flowing towards him.
Soft parts are used around the collar, abdomen, and belt, and with the premise of the figure being designed to right a motorcycle, the abdoment tucks under the belt to ensure a wide range of motion. It is also thanks to a new movable structure in which the shoulders wrap around the body, it is possible to reproduce impressive battle scenes and a wide range of actions and poses. Lastly, the included replacement head is Takeshi Hongo without his mask. Actor Masaya Kikawada was scanned to recreate his facial skeleton.
