The New Zealand Herald reported that actor Pua Magasiva has passed away. He was 38 years old.
The actor was found dead in Wellington and his brother, Robbie has flown to Wellington to be with other family members, and Pua's widow, Lizz Sadler. The police confirmed that they were called to a sudden death in the Wellington central business district early morning. Details about the cause of his death were not disclosed to the public as of this writing, the only thing clear is that there are no suspicious circumstances about his passing.
Magasiva is best known to most overseas fans as Shane Clarke/Red Wind Ranger from Power Rangers Ninja Storm, but he is well known in New Zealand for his role as Vinnie Kruse-Miller in the drama Shortland Street. He also co-hosted a breakfast show on the Flava, a New Zealand radio station.
