New episodes of Power Rangers Beast Morphers is now airing in the United Kingdom with that said, spoilers for episodes that will soon air in the United States has surfaced, revealing that the next episodes are building up to the much awaited dino team-up.

In the show's 9th episode titled "The Evox Snare", Devon/Beast Morphers Red and the rest of the Beast Morphers try to save his father from being possessed by Evox, causing Devon to research on ways to separate the two. This lead him to discover the events of Power Rangers RPM, in which Dillon/Ranger Black's was slowly becoming more and more possessed by Venjix's cybernetics. Devon contacts RPM's Dr. K (role reprised by Olivia Tennet) for advice, but she revealed that the situation between Ranger Black and his father are different.
Even if that is the case, Dr. K gave Devon an idea on how to separate the two separate the two, and it is thanks to the events of Power Rangers Dino Charge. In the series, Zenowing/Dino Charge Silver is trapped inside the body of Doomwing and to separate the two, the Dino Charge team developed a device called Split Emitters, separating the two entities.

Devon approaches Nate/Beast Morphers Gold about his Ranger Vault, revealing that the tech stored in said vault is the basis in the development of the current Beast Morphers tech. In said vault, you will see past Power Rangers weapons and gear. Also said Split Emitters are stored in said vault and it needs Morph-X for it to power on and with it, Devon splits his father and Evox out.

In the next episode titled "Intruder Alert!", they finally decoded a message from space, warning them about Rhijack who wants to steal content from their Ranger Vault. That said, Ben and Betty will guard said vault. The Rangers later received a report that an alien is stealing Morph-X. This alien is powering his device with Morph-X. This alien wearing a silver armor was attacked by the Rangers before he fled.
Meanwhile, Rhijack makes contact with Evox, revealing his desire to steal content from said vault and asked their help since they share the same goal. Because Evox needs more Morph-X, he accepts said offer but in exchange, Rhijacks will deliver him more Morph-X. He revives Vargoyle who is now under his control to aide him with his quest.

In Grid Battleforce, the mysterious alien was able to teleport near the Ranger Vault who then grabs the device and was then captured by the Rangers. The Rangers then receive a report that Rhijack is stealing Morph-X and then faces the guy. The Rangers finally found out that the alien that they captured isn't Rhijack, who then proceeds to revive some enemy foot soldiers, namely MMPR's Putties and Dino Charge's Vivix.

During the battle, Rhijack badly injures Ravi/Beast Morphers Blue and Zoey/Beast Morphers Yellow. With no idea on what hit them, the rest of the Rangers decide to ask this alien for answers. With Devon's help, this alien use this mysterious device charged with Morph-X to power him on. Adjusting his helmet, he introduced himself as Captain Chaku, and just like his Japanese counterpart, Space Sheriff Gavan, he is a member of Power Rangers' version of the Galactic Union Police, the Galaxy G5 Galaxy Police Force. Reason why he stole the Morph-X was because he ran out of power while chasing Rhijack in space. He then proceeds to help the Rangers in healing the injured Rangers.
While Nate and Steel/Dino Charge Silver are facing the Gigadrone (which they easily defeated), Devon and Chaku face Vargoyle and his army. Devon slashes Vargoyle's collar before running away. They then chase him with their vehicles. They finally caught up with Vargoyle in an empty quarry and defeated him with their combined finishers.
With Rhijack, the last member of a criminal space organization is still on the run, Captain Chaku decides to stay on Earth for now, while the Beast Morphers team help him with his quest. Only two more episodes left before the much awaited team up.
