A few days ago, Overwatch celebrated its 1st anniversary, and with that, the release of new skins, maps, and more. Genji gets a new Sentai skin, which references Toei's Kamen Rider and Super Sentai franchises, but there is more that meets the eye with this skin.
YouTube user Hammeh - Overwatch (FailCraft) posted a video that highlights the new voices D.va and Genji received with their new skins. Starting at the video's 2:11 mark, we hear Sentai Genji referenced two Super Sentai shows, and the Kamen Rider franchise.
In this skin, he says, "Unbreakable Body" and "Fantastic Technique", both phrases referencing Jyuden Sentai Gekiranger's GekiRed and GekiBlue respectively; "Doki Doki Yukai" and "Break the Limit", referencing Engine Sentai Go-Onger's Go-On Green and Go-On Gold respectively.
Lastly, he referenced the Kamen Rider franchise with "Toh!" a word Kamen Riders #1 and #2 say when they jump and two variations of the word "Henshin", the first variation is what most Riders say, and the second variation is how Kamen Riders BLACK and Accel say it.
