It was announced that the previously reported new Death Note one-shot chapter will be published in Jump SQ. magazine's March issue.
The said issue is set for a February 4th release and have a total of 87 pages and will include a center color page and will be featured on the cover of said issue. The February issue of said magazine also teased that this new chapter will focus on Ryuk's Death Note being brought again to the human world after the events of the main manga.
As previously reported, series co-creator Takeshi Obata will illustrate the new chapter. Part of the manuscript was featured at the 30th Work Anniversary Takeshi Obata Exhibition: Never Complete event, which ran from July 13th to August 12th.
