Here's the preview of Kamen Rider Outsiders' much awaited return with its 5th episode titled "Goddess of Genesis and the Third Singularity". In this episode, Kuroto Dan transforms into Kamen Rider Genm Hyper Fumetsu Gamer.
Kuroto Dan (role reprised by Tetsuya Iwanaga) finally stands up! Confronting God is Kamen Rider Geats' Tsumuri (role reprised by Kokoro Aoshima), the Goddess of Genesis?! But that's not all, Kuroto transforms into a new form called Kamen Rider Genm Hyper Fumetsu Gamer! What will happen with his confrontation with Kamen Rider Zein (voiced by Toru Okawa), and what is this "Third Singularity"?
Also appearing in this episode are Yuta Sakurai (role reprised by Yuichi Nakamura) and Kamen Rider Ultimate Vice. It is unknown how Vice made his return. Yuya Takahashi (Kamen Rider Ex-Aid, Kamen Rider Geats) returns to write this episode, which is directed by Takayuki Shibasaki (Kamen Rider Geats × Revice: Movie Battle Royale).
