It was revealed at the Kamen Rider Blade 20th Anniversary STAGE & TALK event the Kamen Rider Leangle King Form!
Kamen Rider Leangle's strongest form by fusing with the Category King: Evolution Tarantula Card made its debut at the stage portion of said event, which happened today, February 10th in Hyogo Prefecture. In the event, Takahiro Hojo reprised his role as Mutsuki Kamijo/Kamen Rider Leangle, alongside with the rest of the main Kamen Rider Blade cast. Other cast members reprising their roles for this stage event are: Takayuki Tsubaki (Kazuma Kenzaki/Kamen Rider Blade), Ryoji Morimoto (Hajime Aikawa/Kamen Rider Chalice), and Hironari Amano (Sakuya Tachibana/Kamen Rider Garren).

The stage show portion of the event is also the first time we see all four King Forms together on stage as part of the stage show's original story. It is unknown if we will ever see Kamen Rider Leangle King Form outside of this stage show.
Lastly, for fans who still want to see the main Kamen Rider Blade cast together for its 20th anniversary and missed today's event, there is still an event in the Fukuoka Prefecture on February 23rd, but its primarily a talk show event.
