The official Messiah Project website announced that Kohei Murakami (Kamen Rider 555) will replace Tsunemori Aoki (Kamen Rider Gaim) in the Messiah: Engraved Moonlight stage play.
The reason why Murakami replaced Aoki in said stage play was because Aoki stepped down from his role in said play. This is likely due to the recent controversy regarding the actor's recent forcible indecency charges. Both actors come from the same talent agency. Here's the official announcement of said cast change:
In lieu of Tsunenori Aoki stepping down the other day, we are announcing that Kohei Murakami will taking part. We are striving to deliver the best production to our customers, so from all of the sincere cast and staff members, we appreciate your continued support.
Messiah: Engraved Moonlight will run from April 14-22 in Tokyo and on April 27-29 in Osaka.
