Premium Bandai posted the official images of the Input Magnum COMPLETE EDITION from the Juukou B-Fighter TV series.
This item represents the primary side weapon of the B-Fighters. Just like the previously released B-Commander COMPLETE EDITION, this is also the complete version of said item, and huge step up compared to the original DX toy as the look and feel of the original prop from the series is replicated in this item. That said, this item is 160mm tall and 270mm wide, and features diecast parts.
The item has four different modes, namely: Reprint Mode, Series Mode, Blue Beet Mode, and Mission Mode. In Reprint Mode, it will reproduce all the features and sounds used in the original DX Input Magnum toy, which was released 28 years ago. To use it, type in the three digit command in the keyboard found on the side, hit INPUT, then pull the trigger. In Series Mode, instead of using the sounds used in the DX toy, it will play the sounds used in the TV series once you type in the three digit command, hit INPUT, and pull the trigger. All 17 commands, including commands not used in the TV series are newly recorded in this mode.
In Blue Beet Mode, you will hear Takuya Kai/Blue Beet (role reprised by Daisuke Tsuchiya) input said commands in the item, thus recreating the feel of the original series. Finally, in Mission Mode, this will allow yourself to get immersed in the world of Juukou B-Fighter by entering commands based on Blue Beet's instructions. If you input the correct command, it will play the success sound. Inputing the wrong command, it will play the failure sound. All the scenarios featured in this mode are exclusive to this product.
