Preview pages for the Power Rangers Unlimited: Heir to Darkness comic book special was released. The preview pages confirmed that one of the "powers that were never seen before" will finally make their proper debut.
In these preview pages, we see Astronema fight a group of Rangers, which are based on the 10th Super Sentai Series, Choushinsei Flashman. This is not the first time "Flashman" appeared in the series as these suits once appeared in Power Rangers Super Megaforce as one of the suits that were never seen before in the planet.
Power Rangers Unlimited: Heir to Darkness #1 will explore the origins of Astronema, one of the franchise's popular villains in this one-shot that directly ties in to the events of Mighty Morphin and Power Rangers! Before she became a Power Ranger, a young girl named Karone was kidnapped by bounty hunters and brainwashed into the assassin known as Astronema by two of the greatest threats in the galaxy—Dark Specter and Ecliptor. But what is Dark Specter’s true plan... and what does it mean for the new Mighty Morphin & Power Rangers teams?
