Bandai has unveiled the Proplica Dragon Radar from the Dragon Ball anime franchise, aiming to recreate the experience of holding an actual Dragon Radar seen in the series.
This item is 100mm tall and has two modes: "Let's look!" mode and "Take it!" mode. In "Let's look!" mode, pushing the button will scatter the Dragon Balls. Just like the one seen in the TV series and movies, you will hear the sounds and see the LED lights when you are searching the 7 Dragon Balls. Once all the Dragon Balls are gathered, Shenron's summoning sound is activated.
In "Take it!" mode, you will play a mini-game in which your goal is to stop the ball once it reached the red triangle found in the center of the Dragon Radar. The more balls you gathered, the game becomes faster. You will clear the game once you stop the ball 7 times in a row. The item also comes with a stand and a strap.
The Proplica Dragon Radar cost 2,750 yen and is set for a February 2020 release.
