It was announced that the long-running Crayon Shin-chan anime series will have a crossover episode with the upcoming Shin Kamen Rider film!
The main cast of the film, namely: Sosuke Ikematsu (The Last Samurai, Death Note: Light Up the NEW World), Tasuku Emoto (Asa ga Kita), and Minami Hamabe (live-action Anohana, live-action Kakegurui) will reprise their roles as Takeshi Hongo/Kamen Rider 1, Hayato Ichimonji/Kamen Rider 2, and Ruriko Midorikawa respectively.
In the episode, the principal and Matsuzaka have become Augments because SHOCKER hijacked the bus carrying Shin-chan, Kazama, Masao, and the other kindergarteners. The Kumo Augment tries to kidnap Shin-chan and the others, but Takeshi Hongo and Hayato Ichimonji transform into Kamen Rider 1 and Kamen Rider 2 to stop him! Ruriko on the other hand, is carefully saving the children. What will be Shin-chan's fate?
This isn't the first time Crayon Shin-chan had a crossover with Kamen Rider as he previously had one with Kamen Rider Den-O and Kamen Rider Fourze. This special Crayon Shin-chan episode will air on March 18th.
