Sunrise has unveiled the official trailer for the Yashahime: Princess Half-Demon anime's upcoming second season.
A sequel to the Inuyasha sequel series, the first season follows Towa (voiced by Sara Matsumoto) and Setsuna (voiced by Mikako Komatsu), Sesshomaru's twin daughters who get separated in a forest fire. Towa ended up in modern times and is raised by Kagome's little brother, Sota. Ten years later and the sisters reunite, but Setsuna is now a demon slayer with no memories of her sister. They are joined by Inuyasha and Kagome's daughter Moroha (voiced by Azusa Tadokoro) as they set off on an adventure to regian their missing past.
The show's second season will premiere on October 2nd on Yomiuri TV and NTV. In addition, it was also confirmed that Little Glee Monster will perform the show's new ending theme. It was previously reported that NEWS will perform the second season's opening theme.
