Live-Action Ajin Film's Teaser Trailer Revealed

The official live-action Ajin film website posted the teaser trailer for the upcoming Ajin film starring Takeru Satoh (Kamen Rider Den-O, Rurouni Kenshin) as the film's protagonist, Kei Nagai, a medical intern. 

Also starring in the film is Go Ayano (Kamen Rider 555, Gatchaman) as Sato, the film's main antagonist and a member of an ajin terrorist group who wants to befriend Kei. 

Also part of the film's cast are: 

• Tetsuji Tamayama (Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger, Casshern) as Yu Tosaki, a member of the Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare, and Ajin Control Comission
  
• Rina Kawaei (Majisuka Gakuen 2, Death Note: Light Up the New World) as Izumi Shimomura, an ajin who is Tosaki's secretary and bodyguard
  
• Minami Hamabe (Ace Attorney) as Eriko Nagai, Kei's younger sister
  
• Yuu Shirota (GTO 2012, Hana-Kimi 2007) as Koji Tanaka, a member of an ajin terrorist group
  
• Yudai Chiba (Tensou Sentai Goseiger) as Okuyama, a member of an ajin terrorist group
  
• Yuki Yamada (Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger) as Takahashi, a member of an ajin terrorist group

In the original story, unknown new immortal lifeforms, later known as "Ajin" (demi-humans) appeared amongst humans. Just before summer vacation, a Japanese high school student named Kei Nagai was killed by a traffic accident on his way home. However, he was revived, and a price is placed on his head. Thus begins his new life on the run from all of mankind. 

The film is directed by Katsuyuki Motohiro (Psycho-Pass) and will feature the action filming team of the live-action Rurouni Kenshin films working on the said project. Ajin is set for a September 30 release.
