The official website of the upcoming JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Phantom Blood musical adaptation has unveiled the musical's poster as well as the cast of said musical.

The first part of the JoJo's Bizarre Adventure series, Phantom Blood follows Jonathan "JoJo" Joestar whose life changed forever when he meets his new adopted brother, Dio Brando. For some reason, Dio has a smoldering grudge against him and derives pleasure from seeing him suffer. Little did he know that Jonathan fights back, and thus begins a long and hateful relationship that will last for generations.
The musical will be written by Tsuneyasu Motoyashi (My Hero Academia stage productions) and directed by Nei Hasegawa, who previously worked on the stage adaptation of series creator Hirohiko Araki's Shikei Shikkochu Datsugoku Shinkochu manga in 2015. Lastly, French composer Dove Attia will compose the musical's music.
The JoJo's Bizarre Adventure: Phantom Blood musical is set to run in Tokyo's Imperial Theater from February 6-28, 2024, in Hokkaido's Sapporo Cultural Arts Theater Hitaru from March 26-30, 2024, and in the Hyogo Performing Arts Center – KOBELCO Grand Hall from April 9-14, 2024.
