Toei Video posted the full trailer for the upcoming Good Morning, Sleeping Lion 2 series, which stars veteran Kamen Rider suit actor Seiji Takaiwa.
In this sequel, Kazuma Kujo (played by Seiji Takaiwa) returns as he transitions from entertainment manager to an "apprentice chef", who now works in a food truck! He helps a girl (played by AKB48's Yui Oguri) achieves her dream to become a first class chef, thus forming this new comical, but fiery duo!
But that's not all, just like the first one, the sequel will also feature tokusatsu actors! These actors are: Toshiki Kashu (Shouichi Tsugami/Kamen Rider Agito), Kento Handa (Takumi Inui/Kamen Rider Faiz), Masayuki Deai (GoGo Sentai Boukenger's Eiji Takaoka/Bouken Silver), and Kane Kosugi (Ninja Sentai Kakuranger's Ninja Black Jiraiya). Though not part of the main cast, Ayumi Kinoshita (Tokusou Sentai Dekaranger's Marika "Jasmine" Reimon/Deka Yellow), and Minehiro Kinomoto (Ryu Terui/Kamen Rider Accel) will make cameo appearances.
Finally, the heroine of the first entry, Remi Watanuki (role reprised by Miho Watanabe), will appear in the sequel as well. Just like the first entry, Koichi Sakamoto (Kamen Rider Fourze, Ultraman Geed) will direct the series with scripts once again written by Yoshiyuki Mitsumasu (Chichi to Musuko no Chika Idol). Good Morning, Sleeping Lion 2 is set to premiere this April 12th on Lemino/Hikari TV.
