It was announced that the series, Good Morning, Sleeping Lion, which stars veteran Kamen Rider suit actor Seiji Takaiwa will get a sequel!
In this sequel simply titled "Good Morning, Sleeping Lion 2", Kazuma Kujo (played by Seiji Takaiwa) returns as he transitions from entertainment manager to an "apprentice chef", who now works in a food truck! He helps a girl achieves her dream to become a first class chef, thus forming this new comical, but fiery duo!
Joining the cast is AKB48's Yui Oguri (Majimuri Gakuen) as said aspiring chef. Lastly, just like the first entry, Koichi Sakamoto (Kamen Rider Fourze, Ultraman Geed) will direct the series with scripts once again written by Yoshiyuki Mitsumasu (Chichi to Musuko no Chika Idol). Good Morning, Sleeping Lion 2 is set to premiere this spring on Hikari TV.
