Bandai Tamashii Nations posted the official images of the S.H. MonsterArts Godzilla (2024) from the upcoming Godzilla x Kong: New Empire film.
The figure represents Godzilla's appearance as seen in said film that being said, the luminescence of the dorsal fins seen in the film are reproduced in metallic coloring, this also includes the distincting pattern on said fins.
Just like the previously released S.H. MonsterArts Godzilla (2021), the item stands 160mm tall, and is based on the data from the actual movie and the 3D model was made and colored by Yuji Sakai, the leading Godzilla modeler in Japan. The item comes with a set of interchangeable hands, an atomic breath effect part, and its corresponding effect joint. Mitsuhiko Hosokawa on the other hand, who previously worked on past S.H. MonsterArts figures and the Ultra Monsters for the S.H. Figuarts Ultraman line devised and produced the moving mechanism for this figure, allowing the figure to move around without breaking its proportion. This item cost 8,250 yen, and is set for an April release.
