Premium Bandai posted the official images of the Blazar Brace MEMORIAL EDITION from the Ultraman Blazar series.
This release is just the DX Blazar Brace, but with a lot of upgrades. Notable ones include its appearance being closer to the prop seen in the series, and new lights and sounds as seen in the TV series and in the upcoming movie. One notable new sound is the Blazar Beam finisher as seen in the show's final episode. By pressing the new sound button, which was not in the DX version, you can play said finisher's sound effect after transformation. The idea with the new button is that you will naturally form the standard beam pose, thus hitting the button.
Other new sounds that can be played are character voices of the five SKaRD members, as well as the show's theme songs and BGMs. The character voices will play iconic lines from the series, as well as character interactions. In addition, Ultraman Blazar's shouts and lines are also included, which includes the one from the final episode. There will be over 80 voice lines in total.
As for the included BGM, it will play five kinds of songs, most notably, the TV size version of the show's opening theme, "Bokura no Spectra", the theme songs for Ultraman Blazar and Firdran, and tracks that are frequently used in battle.
The item comes with four Memorial Edition Blazar Stones, namely: Blazar Stone, Nijikagachi Stone, Garamon Stone, and Firdran Stone. Inserting any of these will play more advance lights and sounds compared to their original DX counterparts. An example would be the Blazar Stone, not only it will play the standard transformation sound, it will also play the emergency transformation one seen in episode 24, and the sound seen in the final episode. You can even select and activate various sound effect variations at will. In addition, the light animation has also been updated to match the audio.
