The official Ultraman YouTube channel posted the first episode of the Ultra Galaxy Fight: New Generation Heroes YouTube web series. The first episode gives us a look at the Minato siblings after the events of the Ultraman R/B film.
The credits of the first episode confirmed that the actors who played the various New Generation Heroes Ultraman reprised their roles for this web series.
The Japanese version of the episode is available with 6 different subtitle language options, these options are: English, Chinese (China), Chinese (Simplified), Chinese (Singapore), Japanese, and Thai. The series is also available dubbed in English.
A first for the Ultraman series, this new 13-episode, 5-minute series of shorts will be streaming first on YouTube and will get a worldwide simultaneous release in both Japanese and English. Like past Ultra Fight entries, Ultra Galaxy Fight is a series of 5-minute shorts that will focus on amazing action scenes.
In the series, enemies of the past will arise and we will see the arrival of two mysterious black Ultraman, Ultraman X Darkness and Ultraman Geed Darkness. Can the New Generation Heroes defeat the League of Darkness? This series takes place after the events of the Ultraman R/B the Movie: Select! The Crystal of Bond and before the events of Ultraman Taiga.
Directed by Koichi Sakamoto (Ultraman Geed, Kamen Rider Fourze) and written by Junichiro Ashiki (Ultra Fight Victory), new episodes of the web series will be released at 10am JST every Sunday.
