Warner Bros. Japan has unveiled additional cast members, a new teaser trailer, and release dates for the upcoming Tokyo Revengers 2 films.
Teased as "New Revengers", these additional cast members are: Kento Nagayama (The Cowards Who Looked to the Sky) as Keisuke Baji, Nijiro Murakami (Alice in Borderland) Kazutora Hanemiya, and Mahiro Takasugi (Kamen Rider Gaim) Chifuyu Matsuno.
Tokyo Revengers 2 is divided into two films, the first film, "Bloody Halloween -Fate-" is set for an April 21st release during the Golden Week holidays, while the second film is titled "Bloody Halloween -Decisive Battle-" is set for a June 30th release. As the title of the films suggest, it will adapt the manga's Bloody Halloween Arc in which the Tokyo Manji Gang fight Valhalla.
The main cast from the first film, namely: Takumi Kitamura (Let Me Eat Your Pancreas), Ryo Yoshizawa (Kamen Rider Fourze), and Yuki Yamada (Kaizoku Sentai Gokaiger) will all reprise their roles as Takemichi Hanagaki, Mikey, and Draken respectively. Lastly, as previously reported, the director of the first film Tsutomu Kitamura (Kakegurui) and producer Shota Okada will also return to work on the sequels coming this year.
