The official Double Decker! Doug & Kirill website posted the teaser trailer for one part of the new Tiger & Bunny anime project. The trailer features the voices of the main cast.
This "buddy series" is "one part" of the previous announced Tiger & Bunny anime series project. This new series follows two detectives, a veteran and a rookie. The series starts Satoshi Mikami (Durarara!!×2) as Doug Billingam and Kohei Amasaki (Mobile Suit Gundam: Iron-Blooded Orphans) as Kirill Vlueberry.
The upcoming series is directed by Joji Furuta (The Seven Deadly Sins: Revival of The Commandments) with Tomohiro Suzuki (One-Punch Man) returning to oversee the series scripts. Ryo Ando (Interviews with Monster Girls) is in-charge of series production, Masakazu Katsura (Zetman) in-charge of the character designs with Norihiro Itagaki (Tiger & Bunny the Movie) in the animation character designs. Lastly, Yuki Hayashi (My Hero Academia) will compose the show's music.
Double Decker! Doug & Kirill is set to premiere this year.
