But before I will put into detail on what will I do, I need to address why Google took down my blog. Based on the e-mails that I received, the reason behind why they took down my blog was due to multiple copyright violations; most of which are coming from my old live-action Patlabor posts last year. Other contributors for my blog's current status are some old anime posts that I made and surprisingly, my review of Clannad's Filipino dub. Take note, all of those posts were given proper credit to their respective sources either by crediting them at the bottom of the post or mentioning the source somewhere in the post, complete with the hyperlink. As for the Clannad one, it's a freaking review of a dub, I own that part.
Anyway, it's been weeks and the last e-mail I received from that is that my appeal is currently being worked on. I still don't know when they will give me an update, but I am pretty sure that I send an appeal to restore my blog, or at least, give me access to what remains in blog because man, its six years worth of news, reviews, random ramblings, and lists and I don't want to see it gone to waste. While waiting, I was at least able to retrieve some of my old stuff via Wayback Time Machine and my top priority is to restore most of my articles, especially the WHO SUBS WHAT lists. I already posted Super Sentai and Kamen Rider, so right now; I am trying to restore Metal Heroes and Ultraman.
As for some of my reviews, boy, it will be a hard task. I don't know how many tokusatsu and anime reviews I did in the past six years but I will put top priority on episode reviews, movie reviews, and then series reviews. I religiously reviewed Super Sentai since Gokaiger and Kamen Rider since Fourze, that's a lot of content to retrieve if you ask me. Because of this, I will start with older shows because of the lack of news those shows had back then. I managed to figure out a way to retrieve said reviews thanks to the power of Google search and as it turns out, there are some blogs who copied some of my content years ago! I was able to retrieve my entire Gokaiger review thanks to a mix of the ones saved in Wayback Time Machine and those blogs that copied my content.
As you have noticed, my top priorities when it comes to reviews are Hikari Sentai Maskman, Kamen Rider BLACK, and Mirai Sentai Timeranger. The reason behind it is that both my Maskman and Kamen Rider BLACK reviews ended at episode 29. My current goal is to finish reviewing the entire series hopefully around January or February. As for Timeranger, I just love the show and I will use it as an excuse to rewatch some episode reviews that are missing.
As for Zyuranger, Kakuranger, Gokaiger, Go-Busters, Kyoryuger, Kamen Rider Fourze, Kamen Rider Wizard, and Kamen Rider Gaim reviews, it will take a while for me to find every episode. Right now, I finished compiling the links of all my Gokaiger reviews and expect that I will repost it by 2016. Because I am not satisfied with some of the content that I made back then with Gokaiger, expect that some of the earlier reviews of the show, namely my reviews from episodes 1-28 will get a major update. To put it simply, expect that I will use Blu-ray copies of the show to review Gokaiger just in time for the show's 5th anniversary.
Because of the blog's current status, I will not continue my episode reviews of Kamen Rider Drive and Shuriken Sentai Ninninger. I might revisit those shows in the future, but right now, I will focus on reviving older content and churning in new ones. To put it simply, I will start fresh with Kamen Rider Ghost and the Super Sentai show after Ninninger because I don't how Toei will spell the show in the Roman alphabet. Because I really care much about my reviews still existing somewhere, I will soon establish a page that archives all my reviews. No news, just all of my reviews in one page.
Finally, for the blog's current status, I will still continue posting new content on Weebly and hopefully by 2016, I have enough funds to transfer it to a better site... if the main blog still stays suspended. Weebly has a cool interface, but the problem I have with it is that it is hard to look for older content in the blog. So yeah, current plan is to use whatever I am using right now, relaunch once I have enough funds to pull it off and of course, explore newer content in the future. You see, I am planning to do some comic book reviews in the future. I am still exploring on how I will approach it.
