It was announced at Nintendo's Indie World Showcase livestream that The House of the Dead: Remake game will be coming to the Nintendo Switch later this year.
The game is developed and published by Forever Entertainment. The company previously signed an agreement with Sega, the original creators of the game back in October 2019 to remake The House of the Dead and The House of the Dead 2 games.
Originally launched in Japanese arcades back in 1996, the game features players shooting zombies using a light gun in its original arcade form. The game follows agents Thomas Rogan and "G" in their efforts to combat the products of the dangerous, inhumane experiments of a mad scientist named Dr. Curien.
