The official Johnny's YouTube channel posted the teaser trailer for the upcoming TV-Asahi drama, The High School Heroes. The drama stars members of the Johnny's Jr. unit Bishounen.
In the drama, Gosei Academy will celebrate its 100th anniversary, but even if the school has excellent and honorary students, it is facing troubles with grades, love, social media, and club activities. The school director hides said problems, and call up evil being called Majin. With this, he will try to achieve his ambition, which he had planned for 10 years.
Stopping them is Taishi Manaka (played by Taisho Iwasaki), a Gorenger otaku and with the people he gathered, they formed a Sentai team to confront this great evil! While this is all happening, the bonds of friendship between the team deepens. Because Taishi is a Gorenger otaku, the team's leader, Akarenger will also appear in some episodes of the series to encourage the hero and sometimes, fight alongside them.
