The official The Devil Is a Part-Timer!! website posted the latest trailer for the sequel series' upcoming second season. The trailer features the show's new opening and ending themes.
The overall third season of the franchise, the trailer features the show's new ending theme, "bloomin" by Liyuu, and the new opening theme, "Hikari no Nai Machi" (A City Without Lights) by nano.RIPE.
In addition to the new theme songs, joining the show's cast are: Madoka Asahina (New Game!) as Acieth Alla, Tomokazu Sugita (Gintama, JoJo's Bizarre Adventure) as Farfarello, Megumi Han (Hunter x Hunter 2011) as Erone, and Chikahiro Kobayashi (Golden Kamuy, Beastars) as Camael.
Based on Satoshi Wagahara's novel series of the same name, the series follows the Demon King, who was beaten by the hero Emilia and along with his trusty general, they hastily retreat to a parallel world... only to land in modern day Tokyo! Now lacking magic and the power to return home, they assume human identities and live average human lives with the Demon King becoming an employee of a fast food joint!
The Devil Is a Part-Timer!! 2nd Season is set to premiere this July 13th on TOKYO MX and BS11 at 11:30pm JST.
