The second part of the Rescue Police Trilogy, the series takes place after the events of Winspector, Chief Shunsuke Masaki realized that needs to create a new police team to defend Tokyo from crime. He creates Solbrain, a high-tech special rescue force, expert in missions requiring rescue and firepower.
