Bandai Tamashii Nations posted the official images of the S.H. Figuarts (Shinkocchou Seihou) Gridman from Gridman - The Hyper Agent series.
This figure is based on the appearance of the titular Hyper Agent as seen in the 1993 TV series of the same name. The item stands 145mm tall and the figure's proportions are based on the body scan of Gridman's suit actor, Hiroyuki Okano, and modeling in layers based on his body and skeleton.
They also have fussed over every detail to create the feel of the real thing, with the modeling conducted under the supervision of Tsuburaya Productions' modeling department, LSS and Takafumi Makibuchi, who was responsible in creating the original Gridman suit.
The item also comes with the following accessories, namely the Plasma Blade, Barrier Shield, Thunder Ax recreation parts set, the Grid Beam effect parts, and a set of interchangeable hands. This Premium Bandai web exclusive item cost 11,000 yen, and is set for a January 2025 release.
