The official Ride Kamens YouTube channel posted the second official trailer for said game. The trailer highlights the Kamen Riders that will appear in each district of Nijigao City.
Taking place in Nijigao City, a place where nature and civilization are in complete harmony. However, this city hides a secret, an evil society known as Chaosism, a group that operate behind-the-scenes. One day, the protagonist learns of the existence of a certain Kamen Rider who lost his memories due to the body modifications made by Chaosism.
You, the main character, have inherited the role of an agent from your late father by supporting the Kamen Riders. You must change the predetermined destinies of 16 Kamen Riders, all of different ages, occupations, beliefs, and self-individuality. This also includes their fight to restore their memories.
The Kamen Riders that you will encounter are group into five different class groups, and said groups have their own primary area. These five groups are and their areas are: Justice Ride (residing in Education District), Mad Guy (residing in Industrial District), Slam Days (residing in Entertainment District), Wisdom Thinks (residing in Commercial District), and Tower Emblem (residing in Corporation District).
The game's scenario will be written by Yuya Takahashi (Kamen Rider Ex-Aid, Kamen Rider Geats) with veteran Kamen Rider producer Naomi Takebe (Kamen Rider OOO) supervising the project. The project will feature character design drafts by Hiroko Utsumi (Free!, SK8 the Infinity), character designs by 1ZEN, suit designs by PLEX, Heisei Kamen Rider suit actor Seiji Takaiwa as action pose coordinator, game development by Liber Entertainment (I-Chu, A3!), planning and management by Bandai, and is made in cooperation with Ishimori Productions and Toei Company.
Ride Kamens is set for an early summer 2024 release in Japan for the iOS and Android.
