New episodes of Power Rangers Dino Fury is now airing in a lot of countries not named the United States, particularly with France's Canal J. That said, we have spoilers for the series, including the very first LGBTQ+ Power Ranger that appeared on TV.

It is revealed in the show's 13th episode titled "The Matchmaker" that Isabella "Izzy" Garcia/Dino Fury Green is lesbian and is currently dating her then rival Fern. Fern was first introduced in the show's 5th episode titled "Winning Attitude".

This isn't the first time Power Rangers had confirmed LGBTQ+ Rangers. The first notable example being Trini/Yellow Ranger from the 2017 Power Rangers film, and in the BOOM! Studios comic book series, we have Ellarien/Solar Ranger and Remi/Orange Solar Ranger. What makes Izzy special is that she is the first one that debuted in a TV series, which is the main source of Power Ranger canon. In addition, the main TV series' target demographic are kids, giving more impact to this reveal.
