Toei announced that the Mashin Sentai Kiramager spin-off, Yodonna will get a sequel simply titled Yodonna 2!
Thanks to Mizuki Kakihara (role reprised by Mizuki Saiba), Yodonna (role reprised by Nashiko Momotsuki) learned about emotions and sorrow. Yodonna had a change of mind for Kakihara whom she initially used for her self revival. Around the same time, Mose from the Soul Management Bureau had arrived to bring back Yodonna, thus reveals Yodonna's true plans to Mizuki. She gets shocked to know the truth as she trusted Yodonna. In addition, Mose uses Yodonna's whip to power up Hideki Kujisaki (played by Hideo Ishiguro) to attack Yodonna. What will be Yodonna and Mizuki's fate?
Written by Tete Inoue who wrote some episodes of Mashin Sentai Kiramager and directed by Koichi Sakamoto (Zyuden Sentai Kyoryuger), Yodonna 2 is set for a September 12th release exclusively on the Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club (TTFC) app.
Lastly, both Yodonna and Yodonna 2 will get screened in a special event that will happen on September 4th at Nissho Hall in Tokyo with both Nashiko Momotsuki and Mizuki Saiba being present in said event.
