The official live-action Teiichi no Kuni (Teiichi's Country) film unveiled the first poster visual of the film.
The poster features actor Masaki Suda (Kamen Rider W) as Teiichi Akaba licking a shoe. In the poster that's being displayed in Japanese theaters, it features the text that says, "By licking the shoe, I win."

Based on Usamaru Furuya's manga of the same name, the film follows Teiichi Akaba, a high school student and his student government struggles at a private boys' school in Showa Era Japan. Directed by Akira Nagai (Sekai Kara Neko ga Kieta Nara) with script by Yoshihiro Izumi (live-action Death Note, anohana), the film is set for an April 29, 2017 release in Japan.
