New trailers for the live-action Shimauma film was posted in the film's official website. The site also revealed additional cast members for the film.

The plot of the manga centers on Tatsuo (played by Ryo Ryusei), who makes money by running a badget game extortion racket with three other friends. That all changed when he ends up becoming a target member of the yakuza.
The film is directed by Hajime Hashimoto (Aibou, Chateau de la Reine) and is written by Izumi Takahashi (The Devil's Path, To Give a Dream). Shimauma is set for a May 21 release.
