More details about the live-action Nisekoi film was announced, revealing the film's main cast, staff, and release date.
It was announced that Sexy Zone's Kento Nakajima (Silver Spoon) will play the role of Raku Ichijo while Ayami Nakajo (Anonymous Noise) will play Chitoge Kirisaki. The first photo of the two emulates an illustration by original series creator Naoki Komi.
Based on Naoki Komi's manga of the same name, the series is about Raku Ichijo, a son of a gangster, who is forced in an arrange marriage to the daughter of a rival ganster, who happens to be Chitoge, the same girl who accidentally hit him at school! However, Raku is searching for his childhood sweetheart from ten years ago, with a pendant around his neck as a memento, but he can't remember her name or face!
The upcoming film is directed by Hayato Kawai (Ore Monogatari!!) and is produced by FINE Entertainment. Nisekoi is set for a December 21st release in Japan.
