The official Prime Video Japan YouTube channel posted the official trailer for the upcoming live-action Lupin III spin-off, Jigen Daisuke.
In the film, Jigen senses something is off about his trusty Combat Magnum. He visits Japan for the first time in years to search for the world's greatest gunsmith, who just happens to run a watch shop.
As previously reported, Tetsuji Tamayama (Hyakujuu Sentai Gaoranger, Casshern) will reprise his role as Daisuke Jigen from the 2014 live-action Lupin III film. In addition, more cast members for the film was also announced. Joining the film's cast are:
The film is produced by Amazon Studio and TMS Entertainment. It is written by Yoshimasa Akamatsu (Corpse Party: Book of Shadows), and directed by Hajime Hashimoto (AIBOU: Tokyo Detective Duo, Signal). The film is set to premiere this October 13th on Amazon Prime Video.
