The official live-action Ano Ko no, Toriko. film website posted the full trailer of the film. The trailer features the film's theme song "Toriko" by Nissy.
The upcoming film will star Yuko Araki (Love Love Alien, Kamen Rider Wizard) as Shizuku Tachibana, Ryo Yoshizawa (Kamen Rider Fourze, Gintama) as Yori Suzuki, and Yousuke Sugino (Anonymous Noise) as Subaru Tojo.
The original manga follows three childhood friends in a love triangle. Yori moved back to the countryside, and started wearing glasses so that girls won't notice him, while his friends, Shizuku and Subaru entered the entertainment industry and worked as a model and actor, respectively. But when Yori turns 16, he re-enters their lives.
Directed by Ryo Miyawaki (Crazy For Me) and written by Taeko Asano (live-action NANA, Clover, Happy Marriage!?), Ano Ko no, Toriko. is set for an October 5th release in Japan.
