Actress and mahjong enthusiast Hikaru Yamamoto announced her marriage via her official Twitter account.
In her statement released through her agency, she revealed that they met through a common hobby. She went on to say that he is an irreplaceable person who always pushes her, and turns everyday life into a time filled with smiles.
She also noted that this year marked the 18th anniversary since she made her debut as an actress, and will continue on working as an actress without forgetting her gratitude to all the fans and everyone involved who warmly cheered and supported her. Lastly, she liked to wish everyone good health and happiness.
