Toei posted the official trailer for the upcoming Kamen Rider Saber + Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger: Superhero Senki film.
The trailer confirmed some returning actors, most notably: Toshihiko Seki as Momotaros/Kamen Rider Den-O Sword Form, Tetsu Inada as Doggie Kruger/DekaMaster, and Fumiya Takahashi as Kamen Rider Zero-One. In addition, it also features the return of the original Kamen Rider 1 suit! The last time this suit had a proper* onscreen appearance was in Kamen Rider's 13th episode, which first aired in June 26, 1971.
In the film, some of the heroes of Kamen Rider Saber and Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger switched worlds! The mastermind behind this situation is Asmodeus (played by Ayumi Tanida), the "strongest enemy" of the superheroes.
By releasing the forbidden book that shakes the world, which was stored in the forbidden land, Agastia Base, the boundary between "reality" and "story" becomes ambiguous, causing the real world to collapse! Meanwhile, Touma and the others form a group to save the endangered worlds, which leads to an encounter with a mysterious boy (played by Fuku Suzuki), who holds a key role to the story.
Celebrating Kamen Rider's 50th anniversary and Super Sentai's 45th anniversary, the film is directed by tokusatsu veteran Ryuta Tasaki (Gamera the Brave, Kamen Rider 555: Paradise Lost), written by Nobuhiro Mouri (Kamen Rider Gaim), is produced by Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger and long time Heisei Kamen Rider producer Shinichiro Shirakura (Kamen Rider Agito, Kamen Rider Den-O). Kamen Rider Saber + Kikai Sentai Zenkaiger: Superhero Senki is set to premiere this July 22nd.
