Bandai Japan posted their video review of the DX Elemental Dragon Wonder Ride Book from the Kamen Rider Saber TV series.
This item is used by Kamen Rider Saber to transform into Kamen Rider Saber Elemental Primitive Dragon. To transform, the user presses the button of the DX Elemental Dragon Wonder Ride Book to play the sound and set it to the DX Primitive Dragon Wonder Ride Book (sold separately). Afterwards, set it to the DX Seiken Swordriver (sold separately), then pull out the Kaenken Rekka to transform!
After the transformation, you can activate the Rider Kick by pushing the page of the Primitive Dragon Wonder Ride Book twice, and activate a special move by pushing the page, then pull out the sword. This item can be set to the DX Seiken Swordriver on its own, in which it will play a different power up sound.
The DX Elemental Dragon Wonder Ride Book cost 3,080 yen and is set for a March 27th release. In addition, you can also purchase this Wonder Ride Book as part of a set with the DX Primitive Dragon Wonder Ride Book for 6,160 yen.
