The official Kamen Rider Revice V-Cinext spin-off website has revealed the plot and more cast members for the upcoming film.
Taking place after the events of the TV series, Daiji Igarashi is struggling daily to maintain the peace in "Bluebird", the organization that succeeded Fenix. Meanwhile, Hiromi Kadota, who is the captain of the organization is showing signs of physical recovery thanks to the results of Dr. Ichimura's research, who is an authority on genetic engineering.
A new organization call "Alicorn" appears, and call themselves as the "guardian of the new era after Giff's death". They kidnap and imprison young boys and girls for a certain purpose. Bluebird executes its rescue operation, but Hiromi is suspected of having taken Rumi, who is one of the victims and is now wanted by authorities.
As Daiji and his team pursue the truth, a man with the same face as Hiromi named Muramasa appears before them. Daiji wavers before the new enemy and a mysterious demon. What is the truth behind Murasama and who Rumi? What is her secret? But that's not all, Kagero also betrays them!

Directed by Koichi Sakamoto (Kamen Rider Fourze & OOO: Movie Wars MEGA MAX) and written by Nobuhiro Mori (Revice Legacy: Kamen Rider Vail), the film is set for a May 10, 2023 release on Blu-ray and DVD, and will also receive a limited theatrical screening next year. Lastly, Bandai will also release the DX Giant Spider & Mega Bat Vistamp Set for the film, and will likely be included in the Blu-ray and DVD release of the film.
