It was announced at this year's Tokyo International Film Festival that Kamen Rider OOO will get a new film titled Kamen Rider OOO: 10th Core Medal Resurrection.
As the name suggest, this will fulfill Eiji's promise from the TV series that he will revive Ankh. Ankh's revival was teased in multiple films, most notably in Kamen Rider x Kamen Rider Fourze & OOO: Movie Wars MEGA MAX. Taking place 10 years after Eiji Hino/Kamen Rider OOO's defeated the evil Greeed and set out for a journey to revive his partner Ankh, this story will feature the return of the show's original cast and staff!
That said, Shu Watanabe and Ryosuke Miura are back as Eiji Hino/Kamen Rider OOO and Ankh respectively. Also part of the film's cast are: Riho Takada as Hina Izumi, Asaya Kimijima as Shitaro Gotou/Kamen Rider Birth, Hiroaki Iwanaga as Akira Date/Kamen Rider Proto Birth, Mayuko Arisue as Erika Satonaka, Marie Kai as Chiyoko Shiraishi, and Takashi Ukaji as Kousei Kougami. Also appearing in the film in a voice over role are: Yukana who played Mezool in the original series, and Jouji Nakata who was the show's narrator.
Written by Kamen Rider OOO's secondary writer Nobuhiro Mouri, and directed by main Kamen Rider OOO series director Ryuta Tasaki, Kamen Rider OOO: 10th Core Medal Resurrection is set for a limited spring 2022 theatrical release and for the Toei Tokusatsu Fan Club (TTFC) members, and will be available on Blu-ray and DVD on August 24th. Lastly, the home video release will also include the Complete Selection Modification Tajanity Spinner & Goda Medal Set.
