This item is used by three different users, namely: King, Otoya Kurenai, and Taiga Nobori to transform into Kamen Rider Dark Kiva. The included Kivat-Bat II has been redesigned compared to the DX version when it comes to modeling and painting to make it look like the one seen in the series. Also included in this item is are sound effect and BGM buttons on both ears, and a dialogue button and a microphone for voice recognition on the back.
To transform, the user has Kivat-Bat II bite into his hand, turns him upside down, and sets it to the Kivat Belt. After transformation, you can set Fuestles into Kivat-Bat II to activate various sound effects. Setting the Wake Up Fuestle will activate the finisher, while setting any of the Arm Monster Fuestles will seal them.
Aside from Kivat-Bat II lines, the item can also play voice lines coming from the item's main users with their respective actors, namely: Shinya Niiro (King), Kohei Takeda (Otoya Kurenai), and Shouma Yamamoto (Taiga Nobori) reprising said role. In addition, the item will also include Otoya Kurenai's lines when he made an appearance in Kamen Rider Decade. The item can play 6 kinds of BGM, which includes: "Omenesque" and "Tragic Melody". While in standby mode, the BGM can also automatically play when you transform or perform a finisher. Lastly, it doesn't have the connectivity feature of the CSM Kivat Belt or the CSM Tatsulot (both sold separately).
